Our corporate partnerships are vital to the success of Sturgeon Fest!

Lake Sturgeon are essential to the Lake Michigan ecosystem, but due to human impacts, the species had all but vanished in the region. In 2003, Riveredge partnered with the Wisconsin DNR and the U.S. Fish Wildlife Services to reintroduce a breeding population to the area.

Sturgeon Fest is an annual festival that celebrates this project on a grand scale and invites the public to participate first-hand in the reintroduction program by releasing fingerling-size lake sturgeon into Lake Michigan.

This event attracts thousands each year! The highly visible public platform is a great place to showcase YOU, our committed business partners!
